Add a new customer email, "Order Delivered", sent when an order is marked as delivered/arrived (manually or via carrier tracking), editable and toggleable like the other order emails in Settings > Communications. Need: today customers get Order Confirmed and Order Shipped emails but nothing when the package arrives. A delivery email closes the loop and is a good moment for a review or repeat-purchase prompt.
